Leapsome - for feedback, growth and objectives tracking

It is a tool that we use to:

  • give each other feedback at any time (public so that everyone sees it or 1:1, only the person you have given feedback to can see it) and also give feedback to ourselves (self-appraisal)!

  • track our progress on individual and circles quarterly objectives

  • Carry out our 360° evaluation (starting end 2019)

  • you can add your talking points to discuss in a 1:1 meeting with anyone in the team

It is integrated with slack and gmail. It is easy to set it up! Ask Alessia for more information on the plug ins.

How does it work?

If you scroll down you'd be able to see what feedback you got/gave, what 1:1 meetings you have planned, your personal goals as well as all of the goals you are involved in. Once you are at euforia your integration coach will give you an overview of this tool. It is pretty easy to navigate so don't hesitate to play with it a little bit as soon as you arrive at euforia!

There is a very bibg FAQ on Leapsome in case you need some help to get to know better how to use it.

Getting Access

You will get access at your intro session by your integration coach..
