Very straight forward, you will have two intro session where you will get to know even more euforia, your role and the other people in the team!

The welcome checklist is the most important document that you will need to have access to during this time.

1-3 month evaluation (end of trial period)

Here's a pic of our team's reaction when they heard we hired you!!!Haha no not really, it was taken during our 10th year anniversary celebration ;-P

After the end of your trial period (1 or 3 months) you will do an evaluation meeting with your integration coach and lead link (or another person working close to you, to be defined by the integration coach). During the meeting you will have a chance to do a self-assessment as well as receive feedback from your coach and another colleague. The evaluation meeting follows this Don't worry about this! Your integration coach will fix the meeting with you and explain how it works well in advance.
