Google Calendar - planning, scheduling, remembering!

Google Calendar is a google app that we use

  • to plan and schedule meetings, reunions, workshops inside our team but also with external partners (if needed).

  • to know when everyone is working (with many people working part time it is the place where to find out if a colleague is available or not...therefore PLEASE update it very regularly!)

How does it work?

Once you access your euforia.org e-mail click on the app "Calendar" and start exploring it. There are tons of tutorials on how to use it on youtube and on google itself. Feel free to ask your Integration Coach how to use it if you have never used it before.

By adding your colleague's e-mails you can easily "Share" your calendar or invite them to share their calendars with you. When someone asks you to share your calendar with them you will receive an e-mail notifications with the step to follow in order to accept it.

planned.

Getting Access

You get access to all goggle apps once your euforia.org e-mail is set up for you by the HR Procedure Role. Make sure you add the calendars of the people you are working with (see all addresses , only accessible to employee) as well as calendar@euforia.org with any training we give during the year and coordination@euforia.org where all our euforia team meetings are planned.
