# 1.4.3 Prototyping listening to our evolutionary purpose

Since mid-2018 more and more staff & volunteers thought that we should take some time to listen more carefully to ourselves and to distill our purpose in a collective and collaborative way. That is why we have decided to launch in summer 2019 a "Strategic sensing feast" together with our community (beneficiaries, partners, clients etc.) in order to lead us to a new / updated guiding star for euforia at the end of 2019. We have asked our whole community through social media and personal messages to send us their answers in a video or voice message to these 3 questions: 

1. What do you love the most about euforia? 
2. Where do you think we should focus our energy?
3. You are in 2040, you look back, what would euforia have brought to the world? 

In October 2019 we will organise a 'strategy feast' day, in which 10 of the people who answered to our call, as well as all of our staff, will be invited to co-create together our new vision for the next years. We are super excited to prototype this way of creating a strategy!
