We understand that people and the environment change continuously, and that euforia cannot strive if it does not adapt to the bigger context it is embedded in. Thus, We perceive euforia as a living organism which is in constant evolution.

Our "Heartbeat" circle and our coordination role (two people at euforia have this role) are in charge of bringing evolutionary purpose into our team meetings and making sure that we create processes that take into consideration our purpose in the best possible way. On the other hand, our purpose evolves with each role, project and partnership throughout the year. Our team meetings are just the moments in the year to get back together, 'touch base', check if we feel that we are truly listening to our purpose and to bring on the table any worries or opportunities related to it.

This concept of 'evolutionary purpose' stems from the 'teal' paradigm. The only thing we decided to keep that is not in the "teal" paradigm are our circles' and personal quarterly objectives. We keep them because they create alignment and they offer a basis for peer feedback and evaluation. They are not mere 'SMART objective' boxes to tick.
